This circular is for all the concerned members,
NGOs, Govt. officials, social and democratic parties, workers, media and all the peoples who have interest and sympathy with
the SIND NET, Mirpurkhas.
Situation:
It came in our notice that a group of weltered peoples is
working against the interest of SIND NET and trying to occupy on this strong network. This group of weltered peoples held
an election drama on the date of 25th June 2006 and 09th July 2006,under the name of SIND NET Mirpurkhas.
And sent forged Reports to alls.
Action:
The congregation of General Body SIND NET, held on dated
20th July 2006, Which condemns this unconstitutional elections arranged by the group of weltered peoples, condemns
all of the supports toward this group of weltered peoples and condemns their unmoral behavior.
Reasons:
On the date of 17th July 2005, the General Body
of SIND NET elected this working Executive Body through the contest between members for the tenure of two years. Clearly,
the Article 18(1) of constitution of SIND NET Mirpurkhas already has given the tenure of two years to this working Executive
Body. Now only the petition against the chairman can dissolve this working Executive Body with the support of 2/3 majorities
(52 members out of 80). If any amendment made to change the tenure for elections in the constitution during the said tenure,
that will be implement after the completion of the given tenure of two years to the executive boy.
Request:
It is for request that, made any correspondence for SIND
NET Mirpurkhas who’s Chairman is Zahoor Hussain Laghari and General Secretary is Mukhtar Ahmed Ghishkori. Except this,
for SIND NET Mirpurkhas, don’t make any correspondence with any other person or any other groups or any kind of group
of weltered peoples. And don’t go on their any kind of propaganda Or any kind of propaganda shame.
